We are committed to delivering your hardware kits in a fast, secure, and reliable manner. This policy details our shipping processes, timelines, and tracking protocols.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders for physical kits are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship nationwide across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Free for all premium kits containing the full hardware suite. For individual components, standard shipping is ₹99.
- Standard Delivery Times: 3-7 business days depending on your location (metro cities usually receive kits within 3 days, whereas remote regions may take up to 7 business days).
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that our shipping carriers require a physical address and a contact signature upon delivery due to the value of the microcontrollers and parts. We do not deliver physical hardware kits to P.O. boxes.
4. Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
You can also track your kit delivery status directly through your student dashboard under the "Order History" section.
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
Tobotics is liable for any kits damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately or raise a support ticket. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos of the damaged box and contents.
