Thank you for choosing Tobotics Robotics. We strive to provide the highest quality learning experiences and hardware kits. Please read this policy carefully regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Hardware Kits Refund & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your robotics kit. If you wish to return a kit:
- You have 14 calendar days to return a kit from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your kit must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- All sub-components, sensors, microcontrollers, wires, and tools must be present and undamaged.
- If components are found to be missing, damaged, or soldered, a partial refund or rejection of the return may apply.
2. E-Learning Courses Refund
For standalone course subscriptions and video packages:
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our online courses.
- To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course modules or downloaded offline course resources.
- Once the 7-day period has passed, or if the module completion limit is exceeded, subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned kit, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
